There’s an assumption that dry fruits should be purchased in a store. Check the quality, make sure everything is Grade A and bingo. But that just doesn’t have to be the reality for most people.
We created a brand for Melting Hearts that struck a chord with their audience, but we strategised their online marketing campaigns to bring in results that outclassed their offline activities by miles.

A UNICORN IN THE MAKING
Melting Hearts had already started established themselves offline. Certainly a nice position to be in. But this rebrand is designed to reach customers everywhere. To take the fight beyond the idiosyncratic world of buying dry fruits in boring stores. It had to be unpretentious, unapologetic, and unabashed in its flagrant disrespect for the limits of the category. Melting Hearts - The Best Dry Fruits You Will Ever Have.


RESULTS
In the first month itself, there was a 3x increase in their average order value, total revenue, number of orders and return on ad spend. At the end of the 1 year mark, there was a 400% increase in ad recall lift, a 5x increase in return on ad spend and link clicks, 15x increase in number of orders, and a total reach of more than 11 million users.
